Our straightforward Brand Design method consists of three steps: strategize, design, launch. Our Website Design method, an extension of Brand Design, consists of four steps: strategize, write, design, launch. All other projects follow a similar framework of strategic planning, design, and launch.

For project management, we use ClickUp and Dubsado.
For Brand Design: We’ll give you an easy-to-complete questionnaire to provide us with the fundamental information pertinent to your brand’s story. We’d also love to hear your feedback on our proposed brand strategy and design concepts.
For Website Design: We’ll need high-resolution, professional brand and/or product photography along with all necessary copy (if we are not providing the copywriting service) before the start of the project.
For All Projects: This is a collaborative process – we’ll need you available and responsive during the dates reserved for your project in order to complete it efficiently.
We present one fully flushed-out concept in the initial design phase. After exploring a variety of possible executions, we only select and present the concept that best solves your branding challenge. This streamlined process of design and refinement prevents design fatigue and ensures that you receive the creative content that you need.
Each of our proposals and projects is as unique as the brands we serve, so timelines vary. With that said, Brand Design typically ranges from 5 to 8 weeks, Website Design from 2 to 6+ months, and Packaging Design from 5 to 8 weeks.
Because every client is at a different point in their branding journey, we customize our proposals for each client’s unique needs. Nonetheless, most projects end up being four- to five-figure investments. All projects require a 33% or 50% down payment upon signing of the contract to secure your project slot in the studio calendar. The remaining balance is divided accordingly into payments until the project is paid in full.
If you are hiring the studio for an Exclusive Design Day for $1,600, a 50% down payment is due upon signing of the contract to secure your day in the studio calendar. The remaining balance is due day-of, prior to the start of the VIP Design Day.
Payments can be made by check or electronically via e-Check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
