This is the most common form of work we do. Our clients typically start with at least one of our featured services: branding, web design, or package design. From there, we can add other touchpoints essential to your business to create a custom package just for you.
First, we dive into your brand’s story, audience, vision, and goals via conversation, exercises, and/or an in-depth questionnaire. Then, we present a strategic creative direction to establish your brand identity.
Once aligned on the creative direction, your brand’s visual identity is built by funneling a variety of ideas down to one fully fleshed-out concept for your review and feedback.
Every client should feel confident when showcasing their brands, so we provide a guide and/or video tutorials assisting you in your launch and post-launch endeavors.
For Brand Design: We’ll give you an easy-to-complete questionnaire to provide us with the fundamental information pertinent to your brand’s story. We’d also love to hear your feedback on our proposed brand strategy and design concepts.
For Website Design: We’ll need high-resolution, professional brand and/or product photography along with all necessary copy (if we are not providing the copywriting service) before the start of the project.
For All Projects: This is a collaborative process – we’ll need you available and responsive during the dates reserved for your project in order to complete it efficiently.
We present one fully flushed-out concept in the initial design phase. After exploring a variety of possible executions, we only select and present the concept that best solves your branding challenge. This streamlined process of design and refinement prevents design fatigue and ensures that you receive the creative content that you need.
Each of our proposals and projects is as unique as the brands we serve, so timelines vary. With that said, Brand Design typically ranges from 5 to 8 weeks, Website Design from 2 to 6+ months, and Packaging Design from 5 to 8 weeks.
No matter the project, we guide you through a streamlined process that is clear, simple, and intentional. Our straightforward Brand Design method consists of three steps: strategize, design, launch. Our Website Design method, an extension of Brand Design, consists of four steps: strategize, write, design, launch. All other projects follow a similar framework of strategic planning, design, and launch.

For project management, we use ClickUp and Dubsado.
Because every client is at a different point in their branding journey, we customize our proposals for each client’s unique needs. Nonetheless, most projects end up being four- to five-figure investments. All projects require a 33% or 50% down payment upon signing of the contract to secure your project slot in the studio calendar. The remaining balance is divided accordingly into payments until the project is paid in full.
If you are hiring the studio for an Exclusive Design Day for $1,600, a 50% down payment is due upon signing of the contract to secure your day in the studio calendar. The remaining balance is due day-of, prior to the start of the VIP Design Day.
Payments can be made by check or electronically via e-Check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Exclusive means you get my undivided attention for a full 8-hour day. This service offers business owners the headspace and time to invest in the tasks that are essential to their role. It’s perfect if you have one or more items needing to be addressed as soon as possible.

Designing any web page is a beast in its own and depending on your needs for animation and functionality, I cannot promise to be able to complete both design AND development. One way we may possibly be able to do a quick, simple Squarespace site is to first purchase an existing template and customize the theme to your brand.
I’ve crafted a very strategic process that involves your feedback every step of the way so that you are not left feeling unhappy. Before I dive in to design, I make sure that I understand your aesthetic sentiments, the message you want to communicate, and that you have approved the plan that has been proposed.
We will use the amazing communication platform Slack and get on video calls to check in with one another on progress and reviews. With video calls, I can share my screen and make live minor edits for you to see.
I primarily work remotely from my Oceanside, California office, but would be willing to travel 50 miles round trip for an additional fee of $250.00.
Included is 1 hour of quick fixes within 48 hours of the design intensive’s end time.
A design retainer is essentially a design partnership between me and you. Think of me as your remote in-house design department. This means I can help you address any design need you might have. This is a monthly subscription to my design services.
